We are a united community of women uplifting one another both on the road and in our communities. T.I.P.S. was created to empower, encourage, and connect women from all walks of life, from those behind the wheel to those supporting the mission from behind the scenes.
Our sisterhood recognizes the strength, resilience, and compassion of women who drive change every day, whether through trucking, volunteering, or community service. Together, we're not just changing the narrative in a male-dominated industry; we're inspiring future generations of women to rise, lead, and shine.
Our Mission
Empowering Women Behind and Beyond the Wheel: Truckers in Pink Sisterhood and Together in Pink unite women behind and beyond the wheel, empowering, uplifting, and inspiring each other through every journey. We stand for sisterhood, safety, and strength while giving back to the communities we serve through outreach, mentorship, and acts of kindness. Together, we drive change, connection, and confidence on the road and in life.

Sisterhood is more than a title, it's a promise. It's a bond that empowers every woman to be seen, supported, and celebrated. In T.I.P.S., we lift each other up through encouragement, accountability, and unity. Here, your voice matters, your growth matters, and your heart for others matters.
Membership Types
There's a place for every woman in our sisterhood. Choose the membership that fits you best.
🚛 Driver Membership
Open to women who are active or retired CDL drivers who are committed to supporting and empowering women in the trucking industry.
💼 Non-Driver Membership
Open to women connected to the trucking industry, including business owners, dispatchers, brokers, entrepreneurs, students, recruiters, office professionals, and other industry supporters.
Membership Requirements
- One-time Enrollment Fee (includes application processing and welcome merchandise).
- Monthly membership dues are required.
- Attend at least two meetups each year.
- Participate in community outreach activities.
- Purchase two official Truckers In Pink shirts each year.
- Represent the Sisterhood with professionalism and respect.
Getting Started:
- Complete the membership application below.
- A virtual interview will be scheduled after submission.
- During your interview, we'll introduce you to our sisterhood, answer your questions, and guide you on how to get involved.
